What are Meridans?
First, we need to understand what 'Chi' is. Chi, in traditional Chinese medicine (or qi in the Hindu tradition), is our life force energy. It is a part of us we cannot see, but basically, is what makes us alive. It flows along meridians throughout the body, much like our blood flows through our veins and arteries.
